We are committed to removing economic barriers, fostering equitable access to training and competition, and investing in the dreams of emerging athletes so they can thrive on and off the field.
Isis brings more than 25 years of experience in the cheerleading industry, with a distinguished background that includes serving as a Head Instructor and staff member for the National Cheer Association (NCA), competing at the collegiate level at Texas Southern University, and coaching nationally ranked competitive cheer teams. She is also the Founder and Owner of Dream Team Elite Cheer Company, where she remains deeply committed to athlete development and mentorship.
Throughout her career, Isis has witnessed firsthand the financial barriers that too often prevent talented cheer athletes from reaching their full potential. She has seen promising athletes forced to step away from the sport not due to lack of ability or dedication, but because the cost of participation became unsustainable. As a cheer gym owner, these challenges became increasingly evident as financial hardship impacted some of her most gifted athletes, ultimately limiting their opportunities to continue cheering.
Motivated by a desire to remove these obstacles and create equitable access to opportunity, Isis established the Dreams Come True Foundation. The Foundation is dedicated to supporting cheer athletes by easing financial burdens and ensuring that talent, commitment, and passion not circumstance determine how far an athlete can go.
